Greens congratulate Hery Klas on his 75th birthday

Belated congratulations from the entire council faction for their former spokesperson: A delegation from the faction, headed by Mayor Klaus Rosenau, has now visited Hery Klas, who turned 75 on August 7. He was on the council for the Greens for 20 years, and Klas headed the GAL parliamentary group for 13 years. In these times of opposition, he shaped the image of a very well-positioned parliamentary group, with which the administration and other parliamentary groups work together well and constructively. Hery Klas’ budget speeches were almost legendary, which he liked to use for a pointed general reckoning with the CDU-led majorities of the time.
